Nestle - Production Era - Expanding Business
In 1906 Nestle wanted to expand its business by exporting condensed milk to Australia. Due to increase import duties imposed by Australia, Nestle made a strategic move and purchased Cressbrook Dairy Company located in Brisbane and began manufacturing the product.

In 1906 Nestle wanted to increase marketability and longevity in the company. Purchasing Cressbrook Dairy allowed Nestle to save on export taxes and expand its business lines. This saved money and time and became a jump off to expand manufacturing in other countries around the world.
